I’ve spent over 25 years working in global payroll across different roles, countries, and levels of complexity.
One pattern kept coming back. Local payroll worked. But globally, processes were fragmented, visibility was limited, and control often depended on manual effort and individual knowledge.
Over time, my work shifted more towards automation, connecting payroll knowledge with data, processes, and technology. That combination is what made me approach the problem differently..
Instead of continuing to solve the same challenges over and over again, I decided to approach it differently. That’s why I built
Payroll-id. A practical, scalable foundation designed to bring structure, control, and visibility to global payroll operations.
Built within the Microsoft 365 environment, it reflects my belief that payroll should not rely on workarounds or disconnected tools, but operate as a connected, governed process.
